This 6-day journey invites you to explore the beauty of Kerala through its finest gems – the tea-scented hills of Munnar, the forested charm of Thekkady, the tranquil backwaters of Alappuzha, and the vibrant city life of Cochin. A highlight of the tour includes a luxurious stay in Alappuzha’s famous premium AC houseboat. ________________________________________ *Day 1: Train Journey to Kerala* Your journey begins as you board the TVC AC Superfast Express (22207), which departs from Chennai Central at 3:00 PM. The train passes through key stations including Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Coimbatore, and Erode. Overnight train journey towards Ernakulam. *Meal Plan:* Dinner (excluding onboard meals) ________________________________________ *Day 2: Arrival at Ernakulam – Munnar Exploration* Arrive at Ernakulam Railway Station at approximately 2:50 AM. From here, continue your journey in an AC vehicle to Munnar. After freshening up (in Adimali), begin exploring the scenic hill station. The day includes visits to lush tea gardens, spice plantations, gushing waterfalls, and breathtaking viewpoints. Then stay overnight in Munnar. Upon reaching Thekkady, visit some of the tourist attractions there and check in to the hotel in Thekkady for the night. *Meal Plan:* Breakfast & Dinner ________________________________________ *Day 5: Thekkady to Alappuzha – Houseboat Experience* Following breakfast, depart for Alappuzha, the Venice of the East. Arrive by 12:30 PM and check in to your premium AC houseboat. Cruise through the enchanting backwaters while enjoying the serene ambiance. After disembarking by 6:00 PM, check in to a nearby hotel for the overnight stay. *Meal Plan:* Breakfast, Lunch (in boat), Dinner ________________________________________ *Day 6: Alappuzha – Cochin* After breakfast, check out and head to Cochin. Visit Marine Drive, Lulu Mall, and a few other prominent city spots.
