Mysore is home to many wonderful things like temples, water bodies, and sandalwood. There are various tourist attractions located in the Kodagu hills, which are called Coorg in Kannada, 100 km from Mysore. The Cauvery River originates in these hills. The Mysore and Coorg (Kodagu) tourist trip is a great opportunity to experience natural beauty, cultural, and historical places. On this trip, you can see the palaces and temples of Mysore, and places like Coorg's coffee plantations and waterfalls. Our company's Coorg tour operates on three routes: *1. Two guides will travel on the Chennai and Madurai routes. Those coming from Coimbatore and Erode will come to Mysore, meet the guides at that time, and join our tour. There is no food on the train journey. ________________________________________ *Day 1: Chennai – Mysore* Depart from Chennai for Mysore by train in the morning. Reach Mysore at 1 pm, have lunch, check in to your room, and then leave to explore Mysore. At 4 pm, visit KRS Dam and enjoy. At 6 pm, visit Mysore Brindavan Garden to watch the light & sound show held there at night and return to your room. After dinner, stay in Mysore. *Meal Plan:* Breakfast and Dinner ________________________________________ *Day 2: Mysore – Madikeri* After breakfast, check out of the room and leave to see the main attractions in Mysore. First, visit Chamundeshwari Temple and worship. Next, visit Mysore Palace and explore. Then visit Jaganmohan Palace and leave for Coorg after lunch. In the evening, reach Coorg and visit Raja’s Seat in Madikeri to enjoy the magnificent sunset from the viewpoint. Overnight stay in Madikeri. *Meal Plan:* Breakfast and Dinner ________________________________________ *Day 3: Madikeri – Bhagamandala – Tala Kaveri* After breakfast, proceed to Abbi Waterfalls. Please note that bathing is not permitted at the falls. Then continue our journey to Bhagamandala. Arrive by 12:00 PM and take part in the ritual of sprinkling water at the Triveni Sangam, where three rivers meet. Visit the nearby ancient Bhagandeshwara Temple. Next, we proceed to Tala Kaveri, the sacred source of the Kaveri River, and visit the Kaveri Amman Temple. After the visit, return to Madikeri for an overnight stay. *Meal Plan:* Breakfast and Dinner ________________________________________ *Day 4: Kushal Nagar – Madikeri* After breakfast, enjoy various tourist attractions in the Madikeri and Kushal Nagar areas and stay overnight in Madikeri. Reach Mysore at 12 noon. Then depart from Mysore to Chennai by train at 2 pm.
